4. มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี มีความกระตือรือร้น มีความมุ่งมั่นและรักในงานบริการ
5. มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดีและสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
6. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม MS Office ได้ดี 
 

Job Description

1. วางคำสั่งซื้อ/ขาย Block Trade ที่ถูกต้อง
2. ให้ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ TFEX แก่ผู้แนะนำการลงทุน
3. จัดทำรายงานการซื้อขายรายวัน
4. ดูแลผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆ ภายในสายบริหารผลิตภัณฑ์

 

 

Key Responsibilities
-    Development of various types of financial models to value equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
-    Perform various valuation methods – comparable companies, precedents, and DCF
-    Conduct preparation and review of materials used for the clients, including filings, investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks
-    Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business
-    Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.
-    Create presentations for client portfolios.

Relevant Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
-    Bachelor’s degree (Analyst position) from a target school, or equivalent
-    1-2 years of work-related experience in a finance or business background (Analyst) / 3-4 year for manager level
-    Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.
-    Working knowledge of deal structuring and closing principals.
-    Strong communication and networking skills.
-    Impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills, especially in explaining market events.
-    Strong financial modelling skills
